Physical products
Returned items, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be fully refunded through the same payment method if returned within 28 days of purchase with a receipt.
Shipping charges for returns will not be covered by Zenways.
Virtual products & Downloads
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be given on digital items (with the exception of faulty items or incorrect file(s) received).
