A study into the influence of mindfulness meditation on overall life satisfaction.
We are investigating the effects of mindfulness meditation on peoples’ wellbeing. To help us do this, you will be asked to complete a few short questionnaires at the start and the end of the course. After you have completed the first set of questionnaires you will be sent a link to where you can access the recorded meditations.
Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. This means that you have the right to withdraw at any point during the study. All data is confidential. Names and email addresses are stored encrypted and are not accessible by Zenways or anyone else involved in the study, or any third party.
