Online Zen Jinshin Energy Healing Workshop

Zen Jin Shin is an energy practice that releases tension and blockages in the meridians of the body and harmonizes their flow. Many energy lines run through your body and each supplies its area with the necessary energy and vitality. These meridians connect to your organs too and facilitate the transfer of energy between them. Each organ is associated with certain emotions so that, for example, releasing tension in the lung and large intestine channels often helps to release feelings of grief and attachment while bringing more of a willingness towards letting go into your life (signs of a healthy pair of lungs/large intestine).
