After the stress and craziness of the last few years, take some time for you. In the energetic underpinnings of Zen, the winter season is the time for stillness, inwardness, quiet and gentle nurturing of the system. This nourishing yoga retreat over New Year will emphasise recharging your batteries, rejuvination and allowing space for the vision of the year ahead to clarify. All activites will be optional.
Suitable for all, from beginners to regular practitioners of Zen and yoga.

Rough schedule
6:00 meditation, yoga/mobilisation
8:00 breakfast
9:00 yoga nidra
10:00 tea
10:30-12:00 yoga
13:00 lunch
14:00 hike (on 2 of the days only)
17:00 yoga/pranayama/qigong
18:30 supper
19:30 meditation, preparation for dream yoga, journalling
What to bring: yoga mat, meditation equipment if you have it, outdoor walking clothes/boots
Cost
We do not charge a fixed amount for our retreats, and instead would suggest a donation of around £600 (or £450 for Zenways members) for the retreat. In case of hardship in making a financial donation please contact us.
