Join Junior Zen Teacher Riccardo Shunzan to explore the ‘not one, not two’ dimension of practice and engage in some exciting self-enquiry, both individually and in pairs, which may trigger some very useful insights. The focus of the workshop will be the cultivation of a more skilful view on our human condition which could help us to better flow with our lives and deal with what we might consider challenging.

Inspiration for this workshop came from a talk Daizan gave at the end of July about St Thomas Aquinus.

The workshop is suitable for total beginners and, of course, can also be a great opportunity for practice for those who are more experienced.
