As well as work places, families are, at times, challenging places/factors which turn into great opportunity for practice. What challenging family dynamics can teach us?

Riccardo Shunzan will share his experience with practising Zen within his family context and will give everyone the opportunity to share their own experiences with family and challenges within it. Can healthier ways to deal with challenging family situations be found and, explored? There will also be an opportunity to sit together in meditation.
