In Zen, we often practice with questions or Koans. “Who am I?”, “What is this?” and many more are very precious questions which can trigger profound insights on our true nature and the nature of all things.

Riccardo Shunzan will share his experience with this inquisitive side of our practice and will give an opportunity to everyone to share and explore together this very fruitful element of Zen. There will also be an opportunity to sit and inquire into a koan together.

Suitable for anyone with an ongoing Zen practice, or anyone working to establish their practice.
